We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle our eCommerce orders and ensure a smooth experience for our customers — from order receiving to delivery follow-up and feedback collection. The role also includes maintaining and updating our website with product listings, stock availability, and ongoing offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and order follow-ups through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
  • Track deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Update product listings, stock availability, prices, and offers on the website.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support online promotions and offer updates in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or customer support (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, website management tools).
  • Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
