Job Summary:
Office Automation Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (ERP) to support users of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve user issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end users on ERP-related queries and issues.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
- Troubleshoot functional and basic technical issues within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and FAQs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA or a related discipline.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (functional and/or technical).
- Strong comprehension skills to understand business processes and user concerns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience in ERP support or customer support roles.
- Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, or Operations.
