Customer Support Executive - Inbound

Pinnacle is looking for outstanding profiles for the Customer Support Executive - Inbound

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and pricing availability.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English conversation.
  • Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Location: DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
