Customer Support Officer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, assisting with shipping processes, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and resolve customer queries (email, phone, WhatsApp)

* Assist customers with DPD, UPS & DPD EU shipping labels, helping them track their parcels

* Create and manage customer login accounts

* Maintain accurate records of customers, shipments, and interactions

* Check and verify manifests & Air Waybills (AWBs)

* Ensure all shipment data is correct and compliant

* Liaise with operations, warehouse & customs teams to resolve issues

* Support general admin tasks related to logistics and customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or logistics experience (preferred)
  • Strong c ommunication skills (written & verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & systems)

⭐ Desirable (Not Essential):

* Experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance

* Familiarity with AWBs and manifests

* Knowledge of UK/EU logistics processes

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per day
