We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with strong English communication skills and a passion for helping others. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved, and they receive an exceptional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance support processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Completed).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
