Job Title: Customer Support Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for our customers across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
• Manage order-related issues including returns, exchanges, delays, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams for quick resolution.
• Track orders and update customers about their shipment status.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
• Manage complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining high ratings on marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon (if applicable).
• Share daily customer support reports with the team.
• Understand common customer concerns and provide feedback to improve product quality & service.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce order flow and returns process.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and respond quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email handling, and CRM tools is a plus.

• 6 days working
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Okhla, South Delhi
