Madras Sarees is looking for a friendly, fast, and customer-focused WhatsApp Support Executive to manage daily customer queries, assist with orders, and provide a smooth shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a strong understanding of saree categories, fabrics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp.
  • Assist customers with product details, pricing, videos, color clarification, and availability.
  • Share saree photos, videos, size/length details, and recommendations.
  • Guide customers through the order placement process.
  • Maintain professional, polite, and warm communication at all times.
  • Manage customer follow-ups, confirmations, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and logistics teams for order updates.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Update customer details and maintain daily activity reports.
  • Suggest suitable saree categories based on customer requirements (office wear, festive, wedding, gifting, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
