Customer Support Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls, messages, and emails. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls, messages, and emails

Understand customer issues and provide solutions

Update customer information in the system

Share basic information about company services/products

Forward issues to the relevant team when needed
