Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat support and managing inbound/outbound calls for domestic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customers via chat support
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Experience in chat support and call handling (preferred)
  • Ability to manage domestic calling campaigns
  • Good typing speed for chat support
  • Problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required)
