Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat support and managing inbound/outbound calls for domestic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customers via chat support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
- Experience in chat support and call handling (preferred)
- Ability to manage domestic calling campaigns
- Good typing speed for chat support
- Problem-solving and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or call center
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)
