Job Description:
LINKITSOFT is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a goal-oriented manner. In this role, you will be at the front line of our customer experience, handling a variety of customer inquiries—including calls, emails, and messages—while ensuring exceptional support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Product-focused training will be provided to support your role.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to efficiently address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve services and provide valuable input to the development team.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, or deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Representative.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken English.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Market-competitive salary offered.
