Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Bin Khalid Group (BKG) is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience through professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Support or CSR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
