Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
Vidi EV is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong English communication skills, a polished and presentable personality, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, and procedures
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of interaction
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide support to sales and service departments when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
