Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Summary:
Vidi EV is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong English communication skills, a polished and presentable personality, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, and procedures
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of interaction
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide support to sales and service departments when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and presentable personality
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
