Timings: Night Shift (Onsite) – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to serve as a front desk officer for patient assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Assistance: Handle incoming calls, provide information, and support patients with their queries.
• Scheduling: Book and manage patient appointments with clinics.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.

Eligibility:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Applicants should reside in nearby areas: Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Karachi, Nazimabad, FB Area, Ayesha Manzil, Bufferzone, Safoora, or Mosamyat.
