Membership Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

Ibex, for one of it's global client, is hiring for "Membership Coordinator" role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling calls, requests, and conflict with professionalism.

• Guide new members through onboarding, ensuring they feel supported and informed about benefits.

• Build and maintain relationships through proactive communication, check-ins, and follow-ups.

• Support member retention by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and finding solutions.

• Assist with membership account maintenance, billing communication, and program support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the member experience and identify growth opportunities.

• Accurately document interactions and updates in company systems for alignment.

• Support field activities, technician scheduling, and cross-department coordination.

• Perform other related duties, using strong oral and written communication across multiple platforms.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors with 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.

• Strong communication skills; comfortable handling high call volumes with a customer-first approach.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative team player with excellent attendance.
