About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as individuals with up to six months of relevant experience who are eager to build their careers in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to customer questions and problems through email.
  • Give clear and correct information about products, services, and processes.
  • Communicate politely and with understanding in every interaction.
  • Forward complicated issues to the right department when needed.
  • Follow up to make sure customer problems are solved on time.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 8 months of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat/email platforms.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
