We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to manage customer interactions for leading UK-based Telecom, TV, and Broadband services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist UK customers in finding suitable and cost-effective packages for their TV, Telecom, and Broadband services, guiding them through the switching process.
• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, providing timely, accurate, and courteous resolutions.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and promotions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• De-escalate situations with frustrated or angry customers professionally and politely.
• Make independent decisions within guidelines and escalate complex issues to team leaders promptly to meet performance targets.
• Uphold company values and build a positive brand image in every customer interaction.
• Ensure the safe and proper handling of all company-provided systems and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of experience in an international voice process. Experience in the UK or US customer service domain is highly preferred.
• Education: 10+2 or above in any stream.
• Language: Fluent and excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic numeracy and strong IT skills.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills over the phone.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new process updates in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Proven multi-tasking and sound decision-making skills.
• A focused team player dedicated to achieving individual and team targets.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, based on a rotational roster. Must be flexible to work UK shift times, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
