Customs Clearance Manager

We are looking for a " Customs Clearance Manager" on behalf of our business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining local customs relations and managing customs clearance operations; responsible for customs compliance, import compliance, and supplier management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Customs Regulations : Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs procedures, and import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
• Operational Management : Oversee clearance processes, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure compliance with cross-border regulations to minimize delays
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and resolve customs-related issues (e.g., tariff classifications, duty calculations) to avoid penalties or shipment holds
• Communication Skills : Fluent in English for drafting official correspondence and negotiating with international stakeholders, including government agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2 years of working experience or above
• Ability to solve problem by yourself and cooperate with your colleagues
• Ability of being hard-working and positive
• Working experience or interest in logistics
• Excel and PPT Skills
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Chinese is a plus
