Customs Support Executive- Bahria Town Karachi

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices accurately and within designated timelines, while supporting accrual processing within the system. The role also ensures effective coordination and communication between Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily shipment activities, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless coordination across departments.
• Open, update, and maintain shipment files within the system.
• Ensure all operational data is entered accurately and records are kept up to date.
• Assist the Operations team with documentation, filing, tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Support invoice preparation and assist with accrual entries as required.
• Prepare routine reports, operational summaries, and data analysis when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP, accounting, or logistics management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in billing, accounts, logistics, or operations support will be preferred.

Working Hours

UK Shift

• Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM

Working hours may be adjusted based on business requirements.

Holiday Calendar

• The company follows the UK Holiday Calendar.
• Pakistani public holidays are not observed.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
