About the role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and expand Lumovy s customer base within the UAE region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce modules
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and Microsoft ecosystem partners to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and present tailored ERP solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft and other partner stakeholders to support joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account activity tracking
  • Present detailed reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights to the management team regularly
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (marketing, delivery, and finance) to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed objectives
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals, maximizing profitability while maintaining transparency and client trust
  • Represent Lumovy Technology Solutions at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence
  • Identify and develop emerging market opportunities to drive continuous business growth
