1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university (Graduation year 2025 or 2026 preferred). 2. No prior full-time work experience required; however, internships, leadership roles in student organizations, or volunteer work are highly valued. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful conclusions. 4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the confidence to present ideas to senior management. 5. Demonstrated leadership potential, resilience, and a growth mindset capable of thriving in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment. 6. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new domains, technologies, and business models every 5 months. 7. Passion for the e-commerce and technology industry, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career within the Alibaba ecosystem. 8.
