Daraz-PK-Linehaul Planning-Lead

1. Manage and optimize the linehaul planning process for the Pakistan-Karachi operation, ensuring efficient transportation of goods between warehouses and distribution centers. 2. Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to enhance delivery performance, minimize costs, and meet customer expectations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management to align on capacity planning and resource allocation. 4. Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and proactively address potential bottlenecks, striving for continuous improvement in the linehaul network. 5. Monitor and evaluate KPIs, such as on-time delivery, cost per kilometer, and vehicle utilization, to drive performance and efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics or a related field. 2. Above four years of experience in transportation planning, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment like Daraz. 3. Solid understanding of transportation networks, route optimization, and operational logistics. 4. Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions to improve linehaul performance. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration. 6. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, VUCA environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
