Shift Lead
Job Description:
1、Manage and coordinate the daily sorting operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing packages.
2、Supervise a team of sorters, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
3、Monitor and adjust sorting processes to meet performance targets, adjusting staff assignments as needed.
4、Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety briefings and addressing any hazards promptly.
5、Collaborate with other shift leads and management to maintain smooth transitions between shifts and address operational issues.
6、Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including productivity metrics, attendance, and any incidents or discrepancies.
7、Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication among team members.
Position Requirement
Job Requirements:
1、High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or sorting environment.
2、Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced logistics setting.
3、Familiarity with warehouse management systems and sorting equipment, including scanners and conveyor belts.
4、Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
5、Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey instructions and updates to team members.
6、Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
7、Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
