Job Description:
1、Manage and optimize the sorting process for inbound and outbound shipments at the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods.
2、Develop and implement sorting strategies to enhance operational efficiency, minimize errors, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
3、Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team leads to allocate resources effectively, adjust sorting priorities, and resolve any operational issues.
4、Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvements to drive continuous enhancement in the sorting operation.
5、Train and mentor team members on sorting procedures, safety guidelines, and performance expectations, fostering a culture of productivity and safety.
Position Requirement
Job Requirement:
1、Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in sorting or logistics management role.
3、Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control software, with a strong understanding of warehouse automation technologies.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
5、Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to optimize sorting processes and efficiency.
