Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all Daraz SKUs, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and content accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through Daraz chat.
- Supervise the packaging process to ensure all orders are packed securely and according to Daraz guidelines.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Monitor order performance, ratings, and customer feedback to improve store quality.
- Handle return/refund cases and maintain proper records.
- Optimize product visibility through keyword updates, promotions, and campaign participation.
- Ensure all products are in stock and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to listings, orders, or customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Experience managing an online store (Daraz experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills for responding to customers.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and product listing.
- Ability to supervise packaging and maintain quality control.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- 2 Years+ Ecommerce store handling experience preferred
