Dashboard & Reporting Analyst (Supply Chain Analytics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data & Dashboard Analyst to transform raw data from spreadsheets into professional, interactive dashboards and reports for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience in data visualization, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately tracked, and presenting data points in a clear, actionable format. Experience with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms are preferred. You will collaborate with both internal teams and clients to design dashboards that drive better supply chain decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert spreadsheet data into interactive dashboards using BI tools.
• Visualize data points effectively to communicate insights at a glance.
• Ensure all critical KPIs are tracked and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Maintain data quality and consistency across all sources.
• Continuously improve dashboard usability and performance.
• Stay updated on data visualization best practices and BI tool capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in dashboard creation, data visualization, or analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present them in visually engaging formats.
