Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of insurance-related data to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to assist underwriting, claims, and risk management teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets through validation and quality checks.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management on business performance and key insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on data analysis, reporting, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of SQL, Python, or visualization tools is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
