Supply Chain Data Analyst

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a strong command of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This role will play a critical part in turning complex data into actionable insights to drive decision-making for a major supply chain modernization initiative.
Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to support supply chain operations

Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key trends and KPIs

Write complex SQL queries to access and manipulate structured data from relational databases

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver insights to improve supply chain efficiency

Perform root cause analysis of supply chain issues using historical and real-time data

Develop recurring reports to monitor inventory, vendor performance, lead times, and service levels

Identify opportunities for process improvement through data modeling and predictive analytics

Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reports, dashboards, and databases
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

3–5 years of experience minimum in a data analyst role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, or operations setting

Advanced SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large data sets

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs)

High attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)

Background in forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply planning analytics
