The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and project decisions. The role involves data visualization, trend analysis, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Preparation

· Gather data from multiple sources (databases, systems, surveys).

· Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Maintain data repositories and reporting systems.

Data Analysis & Insights

· Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

· Develop visual dashboards and data models.

· Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Reporting & Presentation

· Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.

· Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Support decision-making through analytics.

Collaboration & Support

· Work with IT, business, and M&E teams to understand data needs.

· Automate reporting processes where possible.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles.

· Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

· Experience with SQL or programming languages (Python/R) is a plus.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

· Data visualization and reporting expertise.

· Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.

· Ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.

· Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)

· Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

· IBM Data Science or Analyst Certification

· Tableau Desktop Specialist / Advanced

· SQL Certification (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Oracle)
