Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred.
- Understanding of business operations and KPIs.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning basics, or forecasting techniques.

Exposure to data governance, data quality management, or data security best practices.
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
- BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
- Programming: Python, R
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP (optional)
- Other: Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, Git
