A Data Analyst plays a crucial role in interpreting complex data to help businesses make informed decisions. Here are some key requirements and responsibilities for a Data Analyst job profile:

Job objective

Support management by providing relevant information and proposals for action. These serve for the planning, control and control of processes and business transactions as well as for the coordination of measures derived from them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning: Gathering data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

2. Data Analysis: Using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets. Carrying out ad-hoc analyses, analyzing the results of the monthly results, creating trend and root cause analyses. This also includes the identification of risk potentials and weak points in standard cases.

3. Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards.

4. Reporting:

· Preparing reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

· Advice to the supervised General Manager / Operations Manager in the subsidiary in standard cases as well as support in operational decisions.

· Preparing Forecast, Outlook and Budget figures

5. Collaboration: Working with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

6. Monitoring: have a constant look at the efficiency, during the month with the productivity (to have the people assigned to the correct production cost centers) and in the month end analysis with the CoGS development, margin situation and overall EBITA situation.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s / Master degree in Commerce and related field1.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.

4. Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into non-technical terms for stakeholders.

5. Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.

Experience: 3 year experience

· Previous experience in a data analysis role with Power BI.

· Previous experience to understand the accounting knowledge about posting and ledger and cost accounting.

Experience with data governance and compliance policies can be beneficial
