Job Requirements 1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or related fields preferred. 2、Experience: 5-7 years of data analyst experience, retail or large e-commerce experience preferred, familiarity with online retail business model is a plus. 3、Language: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, usable as working language; Chinese communication ability preferred. Skills: 1、Proficiency inSQL, capable of complex queries, data extraction and processing; 2、database optimization experience preferred; 3、Mastery of Google Analytics, able to analyze traffic and user behavior data, identify needs and opportunities; 4、Proficiency in PowerBI, able to independently create reports and dashboards with good data presentation skills; 5、Data analysis thinking and modeling ability, able to use statistical methods (e.g., regression, clustering) to solve business problems. 6、Qualities: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and learning ability, adaptable to business and tool changes; good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills; data sensitivity, sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to complete tasks on time.
