Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support data-driven decision-making. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and familiar with all major data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management review.
• Support strategic decisions through data modeling and forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R (basic to intermediate level preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
