Key Responsibilities

• Maintain master data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational and management decision-making.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Generate reports from multiple systems and support continuous reporting improvements.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing logistics and operational performance.
• Support cross-functional teams with data insights to enhance planning and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI or similar tools.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
