Systems Limited – Global TM&D Data Analyst

Role Summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Global TM&D Data Analyst to support Global Trade Marketing through data management, reporting, and analytics. The role focuses on managing recurring Power BI dashboard refresh cycles, developing analytical dashboards, ensuring data quality, and integrating data from multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will also contribute to process automation, quarterly data collection cycles, and end-user support, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and execute regular Power BI dashboard refresh cycles across multiple countries.
  • Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reports.
  • Integrate, transform, and model data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Identify opportunities and implement automation for legacy workflows.
  • Conduct proactive data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead and coordinate quarterly data collection cycles across markets.
  • Provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting.
  • Support broader analytics and data transformation initiatives.
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience Required

  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI development.
  • Experience working with multi-market or cross-regional data.
  • Proven ability to manage recurring reporting cycles.
  • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering results.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Power BI development and dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data integration, transformation, and modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Understanding of data hierarchies and relationships within business systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of Power Query
