About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support and scale our sales and revenue operations. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Data, and Systems, ensuring that our revenue engine runs efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
You will play a key role in improving CRM data quality, pipeline visibility, reporting, and operational processes that enable better decision-making for leadership and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & CRM Operations

Manage and maintain CRM data (accounts, opportunities, ownership, and pipeline)

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance across systems

Support territory alignment and account ownership structures

Monitor and improve pipeline quality and forecast reliability
Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking

Analyze pipeline, bookings, and activity data to generate actionable insights
-
Identify gaps in data and reporting and recommend improvements

Support leadership with data-driven decision-making
Data & System Thinking

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing)

Support integration and alignment between tools and systems
-
Ensure consistent definitions and usage of key GTM metrics

Troubleshoot data and process issues proactively
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Operations

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)

Strong Excel (pivots, formulas, data handling)

Proficient in Database (preferably SQL)

Handling Large Dataset in Database

Query Optimization

Experienced in BI Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau

Good understanding of pipeline, forecasting, and sales processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan)

Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Experience in SaaS / B2B environments
