The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
- Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
- Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
- Build and maintain analytics and automation solutions that deliver insights and metrics to stakeholders
- with rapidly evolving requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
- analytics / automation solutions
- Collect, interpret, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and
- insights that drive business performance.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

8+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence
- Experience in building business solutions using data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI, PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
- Experience with database technologies(Proficiency in SQL Query building, or other data databases management )
- Knowledge of the ETL process
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Copilot Studio
- Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
- Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hive, Spark, or Scope
- Experience developing and deploying ML models to solve real-world problems.
- Experience with Python or R and applying statistical techniques to extract insights.
