Data Analyst - BI (HR Dashboards)

Purpose:

Transform raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and strategic planning by

collecting and analyzing data to help in understanding the trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Operational:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Knowledge and skill

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
