Position Overview
We are seeking a
Data Analyst / Client Success Manager
to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
data insights and client needs
, ensuring smooth communication, accurate analysis, and proactive problem-solving for international FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze, process, and visualize data using MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.

Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and high service satisfaction.

Interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes.

Work closely with internal technical teams to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant industry experience in data analytics or client success roles.

Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
