Qualification: B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, BBA, or MBA, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, auditing, financial reporting, or related functions.
Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), data visualization tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Basic understanding of audit procedures, compliance standards, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and validate financial, operational, and audit-related data to support internal auditing processes.
• Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports, highlight gaps or irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor internal controls and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Develop and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards using Excel or other analytical tools.
• Support management with insights on audit findings, financial variances, and risk areas.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather data and ensure audit readiness.
• Track audit KPIs, follow up on corrective actions, and maintain documentation and evidence logs.
