Job Description:
The Data Analytics Specialist acts as the bridge between raw data and executive decision-making. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform the company’s strategic direction. You will not only manage and analyze data but also translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for C-level executives, directors, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Executive Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau) that provide higher management with real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Strategic Decision Support: Partner directly with senior leaders to understand their strategic goals and business challenges, providing data-driven answers to their most pressing questions.
• Data Storytelling & Presentation: Translate complex statistical analysis into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations. You must be able to explain the "so what?" behind the data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Predictive & Diagnostic Analysis: Go beyond reporting past performance (descriptive analytics) to explain why things happened (diagnostic) and what might happen next (predictive) using statistical modeling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, marketing, and operations teams to gather data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and alignment with company-wide goals.
• Data Quality & Governance: Audit data sources for accuracy and consistency, ensuring that the leadership team is making decisions based on reliable, high-quality information.

Required Qualifications & Experience Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Note: A Master’s degree or an MBA is highly preferred for roles supporting C-suite executives, as it provides stronger business acumen.

Professional Experience

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision support.
• A proven track record of presenting findings directly to senior leadership or executive boards.
