About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable business insights, build interactive dashboards, automate reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Create automated reports and KPI dashboards for management.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Develop data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and best practices.
• Support data governance and maintain high data quality standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the analytics function.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting.
• Strong understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL
• Microsoft Power BI (required)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• ETL processes and data modeling
• Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
