Data and Policy Analyst

Job Description

Collect, review and process data for reporting and statistical analysis purposes.
Analyze available information and prepare findings that support reporting and decision making.
Take part in cross functional development projects and contribute to planning and evaluation activities.
Prepare analytical reports, sector plans and action plans to support organizational strategies.
Assist with administrative and policy related tasks such as drafting memos, briefs, statements, speeches and press materials.
Share analysis results and relevant information with internal teams and external partners when required.
Support communication of findings to stakeholders including international or EU related bodies where necessary.
Maintain organized records of research data and documentation for future reference.

Job Requirements

Master degree or equivalent higher education with focus on statistics, data analysis or a related field.
Proven experience working with data analysis tools and statistical software.
Advanced skills in Excel with experience in SPSS, R or Python for statistical analysis considered an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector with understanding of education policies, objectives and sector challenges.
