Data and Reporting Analyst

Ideal candidate will be responsible for:

·Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate and timely reports.

·Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.

·Monitor business performance metrics and highlight variances or trends.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.

·Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes based on data analysis.

·Maintain documentation of reporting processes and methodologies.

EDUCATION

Minimum BBA degree (Preferably in Sales, Marketing or Management Sciences)

EXPERIENCE

Fresh –2 years of relevant experience in Sales.

SKILLS

Communication & Interpersonal skills, Excellent selling skills, Result-oriented, Negotiation skills, Analytical Skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data points, Excel and Power point.
