JOb Purpose
The Data Associate will be responsible for generating and maintaining the Management Information
System (MIS) for all project related activities and be based in Karachi. By gathering, analyzing and
reporting relevant data, the Data Associate will enable effective decision-making and functioning of the
Sindh Deworming Initiative and other nutrition related activities undertaken by IRD Pakistan.
Responsibilities
-
Assist the Program Team in managing the database of school-age children (SAC) and out-of- school-children (OOSC) for Mass Drug Administration (MDA) rounds.

Mapping of MDA delivery platforms (schools, madaris, health facilities and communities) against established SAC and OOSC targets.

Data management of field staff (health care professionals and community healthcare workers), including but not limited to: consolidating nominations data of field staff for trainings, mapping trainers and trainees to selected training venues and maintaining a database of field staff’s contact/ payment details.

Accurate quantification of medicine supply, IEC materials, treatment reporting forms and attendance sheets to be delivered to relevant training venues.

Support the Administration and Finance team with ensuring timely payments to field staff.

Revision of program forms to facilitate efficient data gathering and reporting.

Data entry, management and reporting of all information being provided in real time during the MDA week.

Provide assistance to the Independent Monitoring Firm for all data-oriented queries.

Additional data-oriented tasks as per the evolving requirements of the program.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (ksa)
Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related fileds
Required Experience

At least 2-3 years of program implementation experience.
