What You Will Do:


We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Communication Analyst to collect, validate, and analyse deal-related data, ensuring accuracy and effective communication between departments. You’ll play a key role in delivering structured insights to decision-makers and supporting smooth business operations.


  • Data Collection & Validation: Collect and verify deal-related information from agents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate clear information flow between agents and departments such as Document Control, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
  • Reporting: Consolidate data and deliver structured reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Preliminary Analysis: Identify errors, trends, and inconsistencies in collected data.
  • Process Optimisation: Contribute to the development and improvement of data exchange and communication workflows.
  • Administrative Support: Assist management with data-related tasks and requests.
  • Record Management: Maintain clear documentation of completed work in line with internal procedures.


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in analytics, data coordination, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency when working with data.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English required, Russian is an advantage.
