-Maintain and update sales databases with accurate customer, lead, and transaction information to ensure smooth reporting and follow-up processes.

-Compile and organize sales reports from CRM systems, invoices, and feedback data for management review and performance tracking.

-Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details, correct discrepancies, and support daily administrative and documentation tasks.
