Responsibilities

  • Manage employee insurance data on the HR system integrated with the insurance provider.
  • Handle additions, deletions, and updates of employee insurance records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Update any changes related to employee status, coverage, or benefits during the renewal process.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information
  • Prepare and share required reports related to employee data
  • Coordinate with the operations team to assist in system administration
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all insurance-related transactions and updates.
  • Perform needed reports as per management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or insurance coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and excellent Excel skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Experience working with HR systems or HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal teams and insurance providers.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data consistency across systems.
