Responsibilities

• Enter data into appraisal software by using specialized real estate multiple listing services and public records
• Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information from different sources
• Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval
• Assist with data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources
• Use typing skills to transcribe handwritten or audio-recorded information into digital formats
• Collaborate with appraisers to ensure data is timely and accurate

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in appraisal software or other related programs
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with basic math skills for data validation
• Knowledge of databases, filing systems, and data collection techniques
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
