The client is looking at hiring a Data Entry Clerk for their team at Al-Ahsa, KSA.

Job Details :

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data before entering
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Retrieve and review data for reports, audits, and internal use
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and time management skills
