Description

  • Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
  • Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Create electronic records for new files in alignment with Government regulations and deadlines.
  • Respond to special inquiries, file extractions, conformance audits, and reconciliation efforts.
  • Enter data into multiple Government‑managed automated systems.
  • Modify, update, and correct data using supplemental documentation.
  • Conduct inquiries and searches within Government systems.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under time‑sensitive conditions.
  • Proficiency in English comprehension.
  • Ability to adapt to routine and specialized data tasks across Government systems.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

Background Investigation:


This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
